Refund Policy

All payments made to Hypeloom Media are final. Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded to the original payment method. Funds added to your account must be used toward services offered on our platform.

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated after a deposit is made, we reserve the right to:

Terminate all current and future orders

Suspend or permanently ban your account

Reverse or remove any delivered services (including followers, likes, or engagement where possible)

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been placed.

If an order is confirmed as non-deliverable, a credit will be issued to your account balance. Account credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn.

The following situations do not qualify for refunds or credits:

Orders placed with incorrect or broken links

Orders placed on private, restricted, or inactive accounts

Duplicate orders placed across multiple providers for the same content

Orders affected by user error after confirmation

It is your responsibility to verify all order details before submitting.

Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate account termination without exception.
